AI Product Architect. Associate Vice President — Product, AI & Innovation at Ting Works, building Tingdom and Project ATOM — the internal platform and intelligence layer behind how the company runs. Multi-time founder, researcher, and author of The Most Human In The Room.
13+ years turning ML demos into systems people actually trust.
I turn strong ideas into working products that people can trust in real life. Over the years, I have learned that good AI is not only model quality. It is product judgment, system design, and operational discipline. I build intelligence layers that stay reliable under pressure, stay useful for teams, and stay understandable for users. I lead teams, publish research, and ship outcomes with the same intent. Make complex systems feel dependable, clear, and human.

Chapter I — Position
From zero to shipped, again and again. Across safety, learning, and the enterprise.
I’m a product person who ships the code, and a founder who reads the research.

Thirteen years, three companies, half a dozen domains. I started in personal-safety tech. Then spent a decade on an educator-centric platform that reached 85,000+ learners across 35+ countries. At Ting Works I joined in April 2025 as Senior Product Manager — AI & Innovation; on 4 June 2026 I was redesignated Associate Vice President — Product, AI & Innovation. I lead Tingdom, the company's internal operating platform, and Project ATOM, the intelligence layer that runs on top of it.
I am drawn to the boring problems behind every AI demo. Authorization, provenance, hallucination in long contexts, what happens when an agent picks up the wrong genre and starts sounding confident. I file patents about them, publish on them, then ship systems that work around them.

TING
Tingdom · Project ATOM
One internal stack at Ting: Tingdom runs delivery, people, revenue, and culture; Project ATOM is the intelligence layer on top, grounded through Tingdom Gateway.
Tingdom
Tingdom is the company operating system at Ting Works. Rather than patch together disconnected SaaS tools, we built one platform end to end — project management shaped for creative and delivery teams, HRIS across the employee lifecycle, CRM and client relations, workflow management, finance operations, and an internal social intranet where institutional context actually lives.
Project ATOM
Project ATOM is the intelligence layer on top of Tingdom, Ting Works' internal operating platform. It connects event streams from across the company, runs them through a controlled inference pipeline, and surfaces context through product surfaces including ZPublish, TCIS, Workflow Manager, Tingdom Gateway, and HR Intelligence. Role-based access is enforced at the retrieval layer, not as an afterthought.

Chapter IV — The Book
A working manuscript about the people in the room with the machine.
What does it mean to be human when the machine can also do this?
Every generation of technology has asked a version of that question. Mine is answering it in real time. In IDEs, in classrooms, in hiring pipelines, in the HR modules I ship on Tuesdays.
The Most Human In The Room is a working manuscript. It draws on thirteen years of shipping AI products people actually use, and the quiet conviction that the right answer is almost always the one that takes people more seriously, not less.

This book isn't an argument against AI. It's an argument against a specific shape of laziness: the one that says, we have a model now, so we don't need to think about this anymore.
We need to think about it more. That's what the work is.
Short essays and build logs on AI products, research, and the slow craft of shipping. New episodes appear when I have something worth saying, never on a schedule.
An architecture review, a research collaboration, or a quiet conversation about what's next: I'm always interested in work that matters and people who care about getting it right.
